The plytime platform is operated for and directed at players residing in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the plytime platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. plytime makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside of the Philippines.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the plytime platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. plytime reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have violated this policy and to forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the plytime platform. This includes your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any additional information requested during identity verification ("KYC"). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
plytime is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR's KYC requirements. plytime may request government-issued identification documents (including but not limited to SSS ID, UMID, Philippine passport, or driver's licence) at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plytime login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to:
plytime will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. plytime shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
The minimum deposit on plytime is ₱20 (Philippine Peso). Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of plytime's KYC verification process. plytime aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts with no active bonus wagering requirements. All transactions on the plytime platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). plytime does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. plytime reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, provided that prior notice has been given to the player via their registered mobile number or contact information.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the plytime platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without plytime's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the plytime platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
plytime's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
plytime does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
plytime reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon closure of an account, any verified balance remaining (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plytime platform shall first be submitted to plytime's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. plytime will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through plytime's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
plytime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number, or by a prominent notice displayed on the plytime platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the plytime platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
